Hi,
I am also looking for a solution to print remotely via internet and since I do not have fixed public IP-address for my Phaser 7500 and one idea is to print via e-mail (and I found MaiLinx Remote Printing setup in the web admin pages and thougt it looked promising). In the web server i can set up Xerox MaiLinx Remote Internet Printing but the client application does not seems to work - maybe it is not supported anymore? I only need to print PDF files so I was hoping that there was a solution to this.
Now I think the only way seems to be getting a fixed IP-address and set up Internet Printing or using the file upload in the web admin pages.
Anyone having input or ideas????
send an email to the printer, so the printers prints the mail? :)
Hello friend what do you mean by email printing, I cant understand this meaning..
Of course these are compatable with POP3 printing. mobile print solution is also good but if it dosen't suit your needs you can use any of these. :)
My 7545 pop3 is setup properly and polling a mailbox but doesn't print them. Where are the emails it's downloading and how do you get it to print them automatically?
yes some are, visit the support site how to setup the pop3 connection on the machine, or contact your IT guy :)
We have a few but the MFP's are a 3300MFP 3635MFP, 7120 & 7535? Are these compatable with POP3 printing?
I am aware of the moblile print solution but it dosen't suit our needs
what machine do you have? some are able to check pop3 mailboxes...
if not , you can use the xerox mobile print solutions (not free)
Hello, I am looking for a printer that will automatically print an email which I send to it for example I send the Xerox printer and email just like I would to another employee but when the printer receives the email it will automatically print it and the attachment. Is this available on any Xerox printer or can you recommend software to do it? Its for a remote sales office without any server.
Thank You
