Email allerts on WC7830

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello Everyone.

I have tried to set up email allerts on my Xerox WC7830, but no success.

Smtp setting are correct as scan-to-email works fine as well as sending a test email from smtp settings menu.

Sending test email after applying settings in email allerts menu is not working.

Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem as it seems that all settings are correct?
