Re: Enabling Google cloud print

Thanks CathyO, this is what I ended up doing. It took 2 days for support to come to this conclusion. It's not great that all 3 uk distributors linked from the xerox website say it's included when in the end it isn't.

I've now changed to a work centre 6515 instead which does support GCP.

Re: Enabling Google cloud print

Hi Andrew,

I found THIS documentation online. It states for Google Cloud Printing, you need the optional Wireless Print Solutions Adaptor, however, when looking at the Specs for that HERE it does not list the WorkCentre 6025 as a compatible device.

I would recommend calling into support and ask to speak with a 2nd Level Analyst for your device. Please have your serial number ready as they will need that to authenticate you. Here is the Contact Info

Thanks,

Enabling Google cloud print

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025
Operating System: Windows 10
I've just purchased this printer and on the specification page it said it supports Google cloud print 2,but I see no reference to it in the manual (or gcp) and not in the printers settings or web interface. Xerox chat didn't know how to help.

Chrome doesn't see the printer and I'm not sure how to enable it. It's a little worrying that on the Google cloud print page that Google points to for Xerox printers it's not even listed as being compatible and only the 6027 is.

Any suggestions?
