Re: Entering upper- and lowercase letters in Wi-Fi password

When asked for the wifi password, the 2nd digit I tried to set was a zero. I tried selecting the number 0 several times to scroll through to no avail. If it were not for the ethernet port, I would still be without a wireless connection due to the inability to use the keypad for alpha numeric entry What is the workaround required to make this function?

Re: Entering upper- and lowercase letters in Wi-Fi password

Hello billionprinter10e9,

You should just be able to scroll through the keypad and find the upper case letters. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

Thanks,

Entering upper- and lowercase letters in Wi-Fi password

Product Name: Xerox B225 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

How do I enter the key for a new Wi-Fi network that contains both upper- and lowercase letters? How can I change between them?
