Equitrac CentreWare Web - Software Maintenance

Product Name: CentreWare Web
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi
I am Database administrator in an organization using a software Equitrac CentreWare Web
I came across the database used by this software and it has been running fine since 2013.
It has been logging a lot of old transactions, and the database seem to be bigger and bigger everyday.

Please advise maintenance process, howto or script, such as "SQL-Script" that purge old data from the database.

Database Type: SQL Server 2008
Database Name: EQCAS
Database Size: 9.6GB
