Re: Error 117-342 on Versalink C7000

I'm trying to repair a Versalink C7000 that is stuck with the error message 117-342. I gave it two different solid state drived connected over the SATA data cable and PCIe power cable but when I try to select the "DC355 Hard Disk - Initialize Hard Disk" option for the only partition under the service mode diagnostics menu it tells me "invalid parameter. Please re-enter". The pritner is currently on firmware 56.59.1 and I'm going to try and upgrade it to the latest 56.64.1 using the memory stick method to see if that helps resolve it, but after doing days of reasearch online I'm at a loss for why it doesn't like to format any solid stat drive I throw at it or if I can tell it to not bother with the hard drive option at all. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated at this time. Thanks!

issue got solved!!
