Error 121-312 PrimeLink C9065

Product Name: Xerox PrimeLink® C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

unfortunately the device has decided not to start completely.
It only displays errors 121-312, similar to this: https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Copying-Faxing-Scanning/WC-5325-error-121-312-urgent/td-p/200065

The suggestion respectively the key combination there does not work.

The problem will probably be a wrong setting (cost counter), which of course cannot be undone (since no access as admin).

Does anyone know how to delete the NVM at startup on this device? Or how to reset the config?

I see no one has responded yet so I would now recommend contacting the Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist regarding this issue.
