Error Code 041-345 - help please !!!

Hi, I have the same issue (041-345) with my xerox 700 and I have tried all the above remedies but to no avail. My last option was to test the IOTD at P437 and found the voltage to be 1.56V instead of 24V. What to do next is my question? In addition, how do I verify registration motor?

Hi, we have now checked the two duplex fan - they both running when I print something. Do you have another idea for our problem? Thank you so much for your help !!!

The duplex fan are on the right side of the machine (how you look from the front of the machine) on top of the right door.

Hi, we tested the Low Voltage Power Supply. All relays and fuses work well. But if the error code appears, the relay will switch off. We checked the relay itself again - it works. We have now bypassed the relay as a test and now everything works as usual. But I think so it is not the right way ... I was looking for the two duplex fan but I am not sure which you mean. On the second picture I have a fan marked - this one works but what would be the second fan?

In this case check the two duplex fan, which are on the right side of the machine. Maybe one of them where in short-circuit.

The Low Voltage Power Supply is behind the back lower cover of the machine and is located on the left (how you look from the back of the macine). There are a lot of fuses on it so check all of them.

Update: We have checked the Fuse F2. After switching on, we have 24 volts on the fuse. After the error message comes we have no power on Fuse F2. Is that normal .. mhm?

hi, many thanks for the great response! Meanwhile, we exchanged the front door interlock with the one from the finisher, but unfortunately without success. Today we check the F2 Fuse on the IOT board (picture). Can you explain to me where I can find the Low Voltage Power Supply in the printer? We have an electrician in the company who can measure this. Sorry for my bad English!

Hi,

041-345 "F2 fuse fail". Could be the F2 fuse blown on the IOT PWB, a defctive front door interlock switch, a defective Low Voltage Power Supply, a defective IOT PWB, duplex fan 1 or 2, registration motor. Let hope you can solve by replacing the front door interlock (you can switch with one from finisher to see if the fault code is changing).

We get the Code 041-345 on Xerox Digital Color Press 700. We cant find out the problem. We had all Doors opened and closed and we let the machine overnight completely without electricity. But the error code keeps coming back. We also checked all visible fuses on the back side but they look good. Maybe here is an expert who knows. Thanks !
