Hello Friends!

Hello Friends! I have workcentre 5875, it was nice working but suddenly today giving this fault 303.315.00 then after switch off & on power it working fine
any solution for that

I searched our online knowledge base and found an article for fault code 303.315.00 with steps to try and fix the issue.

Product Name: WorkCentre 5865/5875/5890
Operating System: Windows 8.1 x64

Hello Friends!

I have workcenter 5875, it was fine working but from few days ginving various faults. Today i updated the firmware (latest one from website) . machine updated successfully but after restart it gives error .

Fault hinstory code: 303.315.00

Pleas Help me. Thanks
