Hello wprater,

With this device there are troubleshooting videos that load on the screen when errors happen. Sounds like an issue with one of those videos. I would recommend contacting Support at 1-800-821-2797.

Error Message - error opening video

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Not Applicable

Since last week, an error message appears that there is an error opening a video.  We use the WorkCentre for printing and copying only.  Not even sure how I could open a video using it! The machine "beeps" 4 times, displays the message a few seconds, and disappears.  We can still use the machine, but the off and on beeping and message is annoying.  Anyone know how to clear it?  No info in the owners manuel.
