Hello bertchi,

That fault code is a Paper Tray 1, 2, or Bypass Tray Paper Mismatch issue. I would check to make sure the paper size, type and orientation in the tray matches EXACTLY to what is showing on the print driver. Then you can try powering off and back on. Hopefully this helps resolve that fault code.

If that doesn't work I recommend CONTACTING SUPPORT to troubleshoot this issue with you.

Error code 03-410

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

I bought this new WC3335 from Amazon.ca and just got it two days ago.  I'm still fighting with this error code.

I loaded some letter size plain white paper, from different supplyer, I tried different paper types (plain, recycled, lightweight) by both tough pad and CentreWare Internet Service but doesn't work.  But I have no problem for printing.  

Is there anything I can try?
