Error intalling driver

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10
Hello,
The driver does not work properly. When I update, write "Please try rebooting your computer and rerunning the installation again".
I mention that it worked until yesterday. He hasn't printed since yesterday. He said in print that he did not have a driver installed.
