Error when pulling a supply report

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

When I try to pull a supply report on CWW 5.9.12 I get a system.nullreferenceexpection: object reference not set to an instance of an object error and cannot go any further, exporting the CWW database to another instance makes the error follow. any ideas?
