I just read the user manual, and it looks like you are correct. Which I am surprised that there isn't an option some where to be able to save the configuration (Clone). Incase something happens.

Maybe this feature isn't included as the printer is meant for a small number of users / Business. I am still looking into this just for my personal knowledge. :-)

You should be able to use the Clone feature. Must if not all WorkCentre's have this option under Properties heading -> General

Is possible to export settings of Xerox WorkCentre 6027? (Save configuration)

I can't find this function on web interface.
