Extra pieces in paper drawer on brand new machine

I found these directions on installing paper tray 1 that may help you better understand the tray. If this still doesn't help, you may need to speak with the Support Department.

I was hoping to be able to add a picture. My company has purchased several of these printers. In each printer drawer number one has a square plastic bracket or clip with no clear instructions as to where it goes. Can anyone help.
