Unfortunately we are not able to help you with billing issue here at the forum. I was able to find a phone number for our Customer Care Operation @  Phone: 888-339-7887 billing and invoice support.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have had a billing issue that I have been trying to get resolved for over 3 months.  Repeated emails have resulted in no resolution.  I have tried marking "Dispute invoice" online and this has produced no response at all.  What is the best method for getting billing issues corrected in a timely manner?  This extremely poor customer service is incredibly frustrating.
