Hello roxex,

I do not know much about the driver installation process on CWW, but I did find this from the Knowledgebase:

CentreWare Web supports print drivers that adhere to Microsoft standards and install using the native Windows driver installation process.

Issues have occasionally been observed installing original (or older) product drivers.

If you encounter problems installing a driver, contact your vendor, or check their website to obtain the latest print drivers

FIPS error when adding a printer

Operating System: Not Specified

I installed the latest version of CWW on a Windows 2019 server. Everything has gone smoothly until I tried adding a printer from the web interface. After entering the IP, username, and password the screen goes blank white and nothing happens. When this happens I noticed errors in the Xerox Scheduler log. We require FIPS to be enabled on the server and it looks like MD5 is being used for something. FIPS disabled works fine and even after enabling FIPS again, the printer settings can be refreshed, but I don't want to disable FIPS everytime I need to add another printer.
