Factory reset without password for Xerox N60w Scanner

We bought a Xerox N60w scanner in February from Amazon.  Set it up, everything works great!  Pulled up the web client this AM to add more one touch buttons, but my password doesn't work.  Thought maybe I'd never set a password so I tried the machine serial #, and that didn't work either.  Tried 1111 in desperation, no joy.  According to what I can find, I need the admin password to change the admin password. :(  Any ideas? HELP!
