There is no memory on the board you suggest (or on a working one). Is the 256MB internal somewhere or built into the ESS PWB?

Hi,

The ESS PWB is that one where the Network port and USB port are (on back of the printer) and the Page Memory is mounted on it.

Where is the Page Memory and the ESS PWB?

016-317 RAP Page Memory Broken-Standard.

Switch the power Off then On.
• If the problem still exists, switch the power Off. Remove then reinstall the Page Memory
(standard) from ESS PWB.
• If the problem still exists, replace Page Memory and ESS PWB

Can someone tell me what the fault code 016-317 is pertaining too? Or where I can find that information.
