Fault Code 016-720 and some PDFs

Hello nelson00,

I searched the closest fault code 116-721 and it is a job too large fault. I do know some devices require certain PDF documents to print as image and that works as you mention. My best suggestion is calling Support and speaking with a product specialist on the issue. For United States, please call 1-800-821-2797.

Hi, Whenever I receive some PDFs and print the documents on my Apple Mac OS computer and iOS moblie device. My printer cancels the job and I see these messages, Fault Code 016-720 and Error: invalidfont.

The only temporary situation I found is to export the PDFs to an image file but that can only last for so long for these certain PDFs.

Also, I've tried printing the PDFs on a inkjet printer and there no issue. It's only with my Xerox printer.
