The recommendation is to contact technical support for assistance: 1-800-821-2797. I am sorry that I am not able to supply a solution via the forum but technical support should be able to help.
We are seeing this very frequently with newly installed WorkCenter 5755 machines. A reboot fixes the problem, but having to reboot multiple machines every morning is not acceptable.
Trying to figure out if it is network related or machine related. Any help is greatly appreciated.
