Fault Code 092-310

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Not Applicable

My printer keeps giving me the error 092-310 Clean the CTD Sensor. I found a video tutorial, cleaned the sensor according to the video, but still have no resolution. I also tried turning off the printer for a minute.  Any other ideas???
