Hi,

If the cables from DFE and Scanner are correct connected, it could be the CIS senzor in registration assembly defective, so you need a tech because is nothing to reset.

Hi,

Thanks for the information.  When I reconnceted it in my office recently, it may have been started without the plugs engaged.  Is there any way to delete the fault code?

Usually happens when people put the cables in wrong, these can be reversed, Top goes to the Fiery/Freeflow

Bottom left connector should be to any trays on the left of the device, bottom right goes up to the ADF unit

Fault Error 065-223 on J75

Hi,

I have a J75 Color Press. Can anyone tell me what the Fault Code 065-223 is?  It is not in the manual.  Thanks in advance for your speedy reply and support.
