I searched our Knowledge-base and found THESE STEPS on how to set up and scan to the USB. If you have followed these steps and cannot see the scanned files at your PC, maybe try CONTACTING OUR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT to do some troubleshooting on this issue.

I bought this new WC3335 from Amazon.ca and just got it two days ago. I can scan some documents to USB drive but I cannot see those files by my computer, but I can put the USB drive back to the WC3335 and print it out. Also, this WC3335 doesn't read any existing file on the USB drive.
The file system of the USB is FAT32 according the disk management from my computer.
