Finisher stuck in EU mode

Product Name: Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a professional finisher on my Xerox 550 with integrated fiery.  I think something changed within the machine software that changed the Professional Finisher (NA) to a Professional Finisher (EU). I only noticed this when I went to do a job that required a three hole punch.   I've gone into the printer settings, turned off two-way communication, removed the EU finisher and added the NA  finisher.  However when trying to print the job with hole punch, the job does not print.  No job or error appears on the machine interface, however when I open Fiery command workstation, I see the job with an error flag, but no details.  

I've tried different drivers to no effect.   Any ideas?
