5335 system software version 53.20.41 is from 2014 and is 26 versions back, I highly doubt it is even archived anywhere at this point, there likely is no chance you will be able to source it.

I upgraded my xerox wc 5335 to version 53.33.53 and all my functions are gone, there is no networking  or Usb printing option. Only Copy function is alive. Any help will be much appriciated

Perform this with a USB stick
 
Make a folder on the root of the USB stick called dwld (Must be lower case)

In the folder, put just the firmware (the extracted bin file)

Shut off the printer, insert the USB stick.

Hold down the Energy Saver button and power on the device. Do not let go of the Energy saver button until it goes into Download Mode.

If that fails I have nothing left to offer. That is technically more than I knew could be done until 30 minutes ago when I found it and tried it out on mine.

Thanks but It doesn't work. What is your next suggestion. Its possible if I upgrade through usb/usb cable

OK, we possibly need to try this with a sequential method as there are 31 firmware versions between your launch release and the latest.

So try this one which will hopefully bring you from 53.3.51 up to the next General release which is 53.20.41. (2 years newer)

If that one works, we can keep going this way to get to current. May take 1-3 steps.

Try this version, sounds like your firmware file got corrupted.

If that one fails please update us on the current firmware version so I can dig around and see if it requires a special upgrade path (Possibly yours is too old to be brought to the latest version without an intermediate upgrade)
