A tech will have to do a serial number/ speed synchronization in diagnostics.

The fault is a serious one. The machine is saying ti is set to run at a speed it is not capable of. That would require a certified tech to resolve in diagnostics mode.

 

Never, under any circumstances should 2+ES+Stop be used . What it did was an NVRam reset, so now a part of the machine (SYS1) is running at a different speed than another (IOT). They need to match, and since the machine cannot be turned on to the point of doing so, it will require a service tech to use a special diagnostic tool.

Unfortunately, this was not working.

 

I tried the other numbers on the keypad and with 2+energy saver + stop button, I finally managed to get out of the Download Mode.

The machine asked to reboot and then started up in Finish language (I think).,Telling me something I do not understand and error code 124-315

 

Any Ideas ?

Typically means the USB device plugged into the printer has the wrong firmware on it (Or is not FAT formatted, or is still zipped).

 

Take out the USB key, tap the energy saver a few times then reboot it.

 

Failing that, hold down the 4 and the Stop and the Energy Saver buttons all at the same time and power it up again.

Hello

 

we wanted to do a firmware upgrade on our WC7346, but it says 'Download Mode' for three days now.

is there any way to get it working again ?

we tried to unplug it and restart, but it keeps on goning back into the 'Download Mode'
