The only thing Xerox.com has indexed is the General releases.
SPAR firmware is never listed, so unless you know the exact link, you can't get it.
The latest for the Phaser 3500 line is here and is 4 years newer than the listed release.
<I work for Xerox so I have more resources, no, I do not understand why the SPAR firmwares are not indexed/listed/searchable>
Hello,
I have recently taken on the responsibility of making sure all our printers are up-to-date. Part of that is ensuring they have the most current firmware. When I go to the suport page for our older Xerox models (i.e., Xerox Phaser 3500DN) there is no firmware listed.
Question:
Is there a site where I can at least cofirm that the firmware version I have is the latest available?
Is ther a site where I can download the latest firmware...Even if the device is no longer supported?
Thanks in Advance,
WKCook
