I have a Xerox model "workcentre 5665", the machine was searching for uploads, and it was good, then, after a few minuts, the printer starts to download the new software updates,

all was checked good, and it start to download, but, before 15 mins, i got a blackout, when the electricity, so i disconect my printer, but, when the light come back again, i turn on the printer for check the status of the program, well, the software starts in the update part, but, nothing happend, even :sip-oit-ui-nc-dadh-outputdevice-pfp is not checked, is like the software is freezed, is there any option for unlock it, or reset the machine (if i disconect and i conect it to the electricity again, didnt work), well thanks to all the future feedbacks
