Someone here was trying to upload a firmware update to a Xerox 3600 printer. They downloaded the firmware file to the printer, and then afterwords, turned the printer off and on, probably before it finished configuring the new image. Now when the printer is turned on, the display says "System Initializing", and doesn't get past that. Is there any way to recover from the situation? Thanks. - Mark
