Hello FaisalFK,

As I mentioned before, the device is not compatible with macOS 10.14 and higher. So that would include the Big Sur macOS.

Now I have Big Sur and also can't scan.. Can you tell me if I can scan with Workcentre 3325 in Big Sur?

How I can download and install the drivers? I am trying but don't see where I can scan..

Hello

I have printer Workcentre 3325 and macOS 10.15 Catalina. I don't know where can I get the upgrade..

I downloaded the workcentre 3335 firmware upgrade but it didn't work with the printer I have.

Please if some body know the solution let me know how to do..
