GPD not seeing high capacity tray 6 on 7675

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a 7675 and for some reason the high capacity tray 6 isn’t reporting its contents or availability to the GPD. Trays 1 through 5 show correctly but even though tray 6 shows in the installable options (through SNMP), it won’t show in the driver interface. The paper type installed in tray 6 won’t be available either. We have tried multiple GPD versions and get the same result. The Xerox is connected over TCP/IP through a 2008R2 print server that and we also have several other Xeroxes using the same GPD and they work. I have tried connecting directly to the printer and get the same result. Any ideas?
