Have you also tried to disable the bi-directional support under the Printer Properties?
Hi,
Reading this printer's specs, this model uses no PCL or Postscript. It has a kind of GDI driver, this means that all the document processing is made on the computer and not at the printer. I'm afraid there is no generic driver.
As a workaround you can install a PDF printer, print from your special application to PDF and then print the PDF to your printer using its driver.

Hello,
I have recently bought a printer Xerox WorkCentre 6015N for profesionnal uses.
I have correctly installed the printer on the computer but I have some incompatibility with a software that I use for my job: When I send a document to the printer, the software crash and I have to reboot the computer.
The support of the software told me to search for a generic driver for windows 7 for this printer.
Can you help me for my problem? Where can I find this driver?
Thank you in advance.
