Getting Status Monitor to work on a 3210 workstation

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
I have the workstation installed on a network running a mix of Macs running 10.4 and 10.5 and Windows machines running XP with SP 3.
On the Windows machines I have tried the repair function to no avail.
On the Macs there is no option for Status Monitor.

I am very pleased with the piece of kit and want to buy another but wont until this issues is sorted.

I bought it in 2009 I think, maybe 2010.
