Hello debswelly,

I found that Fault Code in our Knowledgebase and it recommends powering off and on, and if that doesn't work you would need a Service Call1-800-835-6100

HELP!!!!!!! multiple problems

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Hi, Only very recently bought my printer, only printed a few pages. Updated over Christmas fromn Catalina to Big Sur, now cant seem to do anything but get error messages. 

Yes Ive got correct driver.....first was getting an error code which apparently was something to do with paper size????? then suggestion of resetting printer so did the press OK/up arrow/down arrow ....now getting error "switch power off and on again 124-315....which does nothing at all just cant get past this error, it just reoccurs.....I'm at screaming pitch lol
