Hello XRXDB,

That is working as designed. If users want the name of the job hidden they must use Secure Print and follow the steps at the device to get their job.

Hiding All Jobs on AltaLink C8100 Series

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

I noticed that you can hide Job Names in the Completed List and using Secure Print but can you hide Job Names for all standard jobs as well? If not can this be added as a Feature Request? Seems counterintuitive to be able to hide once completed but not while in progress.
