I would first try to check that it is not a power issue. If that doesn't help I would recommend calling for a service call: 1-800-821-2797

Home Screen frozen

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: Windows 11
The printer worked fine on last operation but when turned on this time the screen on it just shows the blue background and the power button flashes white. Can’t get into the device web page either, not even with IP address.
Any suggestions?
