I searched our online knowledge base and found an article that talks about setting alerts and it does mention paper supply status, click here for the link.

How can I setup an email alert for out of paper ?

Product Name: VersaLink B400 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

It is possible to setup an email alert for "out of paper" if in my list of events of notifications for are just "Faults", "Paper Jams", "Output Try Status", "Interlock status" , nothing about out of paper?
