I have looked on the UK website and cant see a phone number anywhere to actually speak to someone, I can only find links to forums, drivers etc.
I have a WorkCentre 7830 that I aquired, I also have paperwork that shows the previous owner did actually own the machine outright and it was not leased. I was hoping to be able to speak to someone as the machine is asking for a 'Supplies Plan' activiation code.
When I first got the machine it would not boot, I diagnosed a faulty hard drive so replaced it and installed the firmware, all was good until I conmected it to the network and it now appears to have called home and, I assume, been set to no longer having the original supplies plan.
I simply want to be able to purchase my own toner from my preffered supplier as I will not be making anywhere near enough copies to warrant paying for a supplies plan as I would guess that I will struggle to hit double figures on the monthly basis.
How do I stop the machine asking for this code, I believe I need a toner conversion kit???? and have also been told to speak to the support department, however this brings me back here as I cant find a number for support in the UK in order to call them.
