How do we get Japanese interface on Xerox B7025/Alatlink C8030

Something is wrong with both of your devices if they have no languages at all.

But Japanese isn't an option unless it is one of the ones I as an English alphabet only reader can understand.

Altalink languages (note the little scroll bar measn there are easily more than 20)

Versalink (Note the scroll bar again)

Again, something is wrong with yours if you only have 1 language, but even if you were to fix them, Japanese isn't an option.

I am new to the community.

Please help me get Japanese UI on Xerox Versalink B7025/Alatlink C8030

I have tried:

- Login to the device using admin

- Go to About

- Select Language

Only English is available.

I look for language change in Admin guide but there is no information.

Please advise.
