Hi Asaad370,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please remove the paper from each tray and turn the machine off, wait 60 seconds and turn the machine back on.  Load the paper making sure to follow these steps to program in the type, color and size of the paper and then try to print or copy again. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

How to change region or country?

Operating System: Windows 7
Hi,

I have a xerox 7225 and i did an altboot with a newer software but now i can't print or copy because the printer shows that the trays are empty even tho i have papers in them.
