Thank you for your reply. This is disappointing, as I bought the printer not even a year ago. In the same office I have used many Workcentre printers before and this is the first time this is happening.
Would you know how I would proceed to find out about the cost of the repair? I have a feeling it would be less to buy a new printer!
It is not easy to do that. The entire scanner and DADF must be removed from machine. It is a job for a tech.
Somehow the glass has accumulated dust on the reverse (non-accessible) side. How do I open the scanner to clean the glass?
