How to install same firmware version in ColorQube 8900

It needs to be done via USB key, it's what is known as an Altboot.

Hello

I have a ColorQube 8900 which is showing a error message  that says "restart the device". I tried several times restarting the printer, unplugging the energy cord and leaving the printer without energy about 30 minutes, plugging and turning on again but still the message appears.

The printer has the firmware version 072.162.004.09100 and i'm thinking about install the firmware to solve the problem. Then, my question is: if the firmware version that i'm gonna install is the same than the installed in the machine, how do i make the firmware install?
