Thank you for using the Support Forum. You can see the last 20 faults on the Configuration report which you can print out. Or you can look at the event log on the screen of the machine itself. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I was told there is a report that can be run for a Xerox 5755 that gives the total number of jams the printer has experienced. Is this true? I've never heard or have seen it.

But if it exists, how do you extract or print it?
