I am experiencing this same problem with my phaser 6510. Did whatever you PM'd the other user help them with this? If so, can I also be sent the information? Thanks.

Hi,

You will need a tech to perform a Special Boot (Long Diag Mode) in Diagnostic Mode.

I get errors 116-334 any time I try to reboot by message show on panel

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

First code they show 124-315 message say Power Off then On, when reboot say again. I hit OK and arrow up same time Power on then get code 116-334 message say reboot.

How can I fix please help. Thank so much.
