ABout once a month I receive a call from 'Xerox' saying I am past due, they do not have past payment info, nor do they ever send me an invoice. I cannot access them on the website, says I havew to add inventory, what ever that means. When I try to update account I get a server is down error message. This has been going on for over a year. Last time I paid what they said I owed them over the phone I recieved an overpayment refund check from Xerox. This is driving me batty.
