Hello intergral, 

 

I would make sure that the part number you installed was the same as the one you took out of the printer.   There is a chip on each cartridge that the printer reads when the first cartridge is installed.   

 

We have part number for sold cartridges, which are used when your toner is not included with your contract if you have one.  Then we also have metered cartridges where the toner is included with your contract. 

 

These are sold cartridge part numbers.  The one you installed I believe is a metered part number. 

Standard Capacity Toner Cartridge (1500 Pages) - 106R04346
High Capacity Toner Cartridge - (3000 Pages) - 106R04347

Incombatible toner

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello

I have install to B215 the 106R04348 Toner but im getting the message 'Incombatible toner'

The toner is original Xeror toner. 

Why im getting this error?
