I see you have not included the Xerox device model number. It would be helpful for other Community Members to better help you if you include the Xerox Printer Model number.

Hello,
Long story short Im a newbie to xerox, I'm a large format printer, and recently required this machine
I'm using my macbook Pro, running Windows 10 and for the life of me can't get it to talk to my printer, I spent 7hrs on it today (no joke) and got nowhere, I installed all the drivers for both platforms and still nothing.
I remember when installing my Roland printer I had to mess around with I.p settings and make it so it's different to the ip of the pc to get it to work, tried it everything!
I was downloading the xerox win8 driver, installing it and the only messages I'd get would be errors and failure to connect.
Checked all ethernet cables and used brand new ones also and still no luck.
Also unsure which rip to install, on the box at the back it says fiery xerty (could have misspelled)
I am going to try tomorrow to set it up with an older laptop that has Windows 7 but if anyone could please point me in the right direction to it would be a great help!
