Re: Is the Catch Tray Part of the SquareFold Trimmer?

Hi,

For removing the SFT:

Pull out the waste tray and remove for accessing and removing one screw

Open the back SFT cover and disconnect the cables.

Push the SFT away from the finisher.

Re: Is the Catch Tray Part of the SquareFold Trimmer?

Thanks for that super important information. Whew. I think including the serial number info in my ad will allow me to have dodged a bullet.

What about removing the unit? Is it just a matter of physically pulling it apart, or is it more involved than that?

Re: Is the Catch Tray Part of the SquareFold Trimmer?

Hi,

First, the buyer must have the same finisher like yours (serial number between  312 700501x thru 312 715500 x that you can find under the front cover of the finisher, on the chasis), otherwise he cannot use it (diferent board) and he must have his own catch tray (part no. 050K628570) or he can catch the booklets in a box ;)

Is the Catch Tray Part of the SquareFold Trimmer?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a Xerox Color 550 with a Production BookletMaker Finisher and SquareFold Trimmer. I've had it for years but almost never use the SFT so I am thinking of selling it. If I do, am I correct that I simply pull the SFT away from the finisher, and move the catch tray from the SFT directly to the finsiher? If it is not as simple as that and a tech is need to disconnect the SFT, am I still correct that the catch tray is not part of the SFT and so if I sell it, it would not expect to be included?
