Re: Is there a paper level indicator (Phaser 3610)?

Thank you for the response. Add to the wish list: a paper level indicator similar to the toner level indicator. Even better, a paper level indicator on the face of the paper tray.

Re: Is there a paper level indicator (Phaser 3610)?

Hi Peobody,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Yes there is a paper level indicator.  If you open the CentreWare Internet Service (CWIS) and select General from the the Status tab it will display paper supply levels.  See instructions below.

The printer must be connected to an Ethernet network and have a valid IP address for that network.

  1. From the computer, open a Web browser window.
  2. Enter the IP address of the printer in the Address field and then press Enter or Return. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
  3. Click on the Status tab.
  4. Under Status, click General.

Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Is there a paper level indicator (Phaser 3610)?

Product Name: Phaser 3610
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

The lack of a paper level indicator on the tray of the Phaser 3610 had me convinced that there must be a menu option to display it but I can't find one.  Am I missing anything?
